What makes ACVIMA “managed” virtual assistance?+
You work with ACVIMA rather than directly managing an individual freelancer. We translate priorities into tasks, coordinate the team, supervise delivery, track time and review quality.
Will I communicate directly with the VA?+
ACVIMA remains your accountable service partner. For managed packages of up to 80 hours, tasks and delivery are normally coordinated through ACVIMA. The VA works as part of the ACVIMA team while we manage performance, quality and continuity.
Can I combine different services?+
Yes. We can combine suitable administrative, analytics, automation, social media and specialised business support into a blended engagement based on your priorities.
How do you handle data and system access?+
Access requirements are agreed before work begins. We use only the access needed for the assigned work and document the engagement process. Specific confidentiality, system or client requirements are reviewed during discovery.
Can I increase or reduce my hours later?+
Yes. We can review your monthly allowance as your workload changes, subject to the terms and notice period agreed for your engagement.
Are analytics and automation included in the monthly VA hours?+
Specialist analytics, automation and other project work may be quoted separately or combined into a blended engagement. We make the scope and charging basis clear before work begins.
Can ACVIMA support clients outside the UAE?+
Yes. ACVIMA is UAE-based and supports founders, SMEs, entrepreneurs and professional teams internationally, subject to practical time-zone, access and engagement requirements.

Managed monthly support starts from AED 1,500. The final price depends on the required hours, service mix, complexity and specialist capabilities.
